Policy Update COVID-19

At London Golf Club we are committed to providing an unrivalled level of service and an experience to remember for our members and guests. We will continually adhere to the latest government guidelines and ensure all requirements are met so our members and guests may enjoy our facilities.

Please read below our updated policies relating to Covid-19. You can download our updated risk assessments here. Any changes will be updated as soon as possible. 

The entire team at London Golf Club are committed to providing a safe golfing environment. 

General

– We will be complying with all safe social distancing measures and therefore ask that all players respect each other, as well as members of staff while on site.
– Face coverings must be worn in all public areas of the Clubhouse, except when seated at a table to eat or drink. This does include leaving your table to visit the locker room and when checking in for golf in the golf shop. Our staff will also wear face coverings in all indoor areas. 
– We are requesting that any purchase is made on a debit or credit card.
– Please arrive for your tee time no later than 30 minutes in advance and when finished play we do not have any area available for socialising.
– If you have shown any signs or symptoms of Coronavirus, we please ask you to not enter the club.

Tee Times

– We will observe a 3-week booking window until further notice.
– Play can be in 4 balls and times will be spaced at 10-minute intervals.
– Bookings can be made through golfreservations@londongolf.co.ukor by calling 01474 879899.
– All bookings are pre-paid in advance.

Food & Beverage

– Takeaway food and beverage service for the golf courses will be available from 7am to 6pm on a daily basis.
– Food & beverage table service will be available from 7am to 3pm Monday – Wednesday, and 7am – 5pm Thursday – Sunday on our outdoor terrace areas.
– Tables are permitted to allow a maximum of 6 people at one time.
– The bar will serve last drinks orders at 8pm.   -_-

Warm Up Area

– The practice area will be available and can be used for warm up purposes before play.
– All correct social distancing measures will be in place on the practice area and must be adhered too.     

Clubhouse & Lockers

– The clubhouse, locker room and showers will remain closed, other than a ‘1 in 1 out’ system to use the toilet only.

Golf Services

– There is no bag drop available at this time and we kindly ask that all players carry and touch their own golf bags.
– Electric Trolleys will be available and will be correctly sanitised before and after use. These must not be shared with any other player.
– Golf carts will be available for single use only and will be correctly sanitised before and after use. These must not be shared with any other player.
– Golf carts for this period will be available for £30 each.

On the Course

– Please do not touch the pin flags.
– Preferred lies will be in play for all bunkers, as the rakes have been removed.
– Please do not share equipment from any other player.
– Maintain social distancing while on the golf course.
